scott barrack - founder/ managing director

an american native who comes from a strong family background of successful real estate entrepreneurs, scott barrack is one of the pioneers in the shanghai real estate market. in the past 8 years, he has founded and successfully run several companies with staff of more than 100, has engaged in hundreds of leasing & sales neforiations and been involved with 20 re-development projects. through these projects, scott, who is fluent in mandarin, has developed a deep understanding of the chinese business and social cultures.

jules kwan - founder/ managing director

born in australia to chinese heritage and fluent in mandarin, jules was a founding partner in an internationa lmulti-award winning media company, mailman ltd. jules held several roles which led him to broker nore than 1000 media deals with local and international clients across various industries. throughout this time, jules has been involved in several china and asia-based property investment and redevelopment projects.

amina belouizdad - director

amina grew up in the middle east, speaks mandarin, french and arabic, and holds a degree in finance from mcgill university in canada. she moved to beijing to work with the founding team of an investment fund aimed at developing economy hotels across china. amina then lead business development for a global hospitality design firm, setting up the asia office to secure hotel projects from korea to morocco. amina has been involved with re-development projects throughout this time and joined space development in 2008.
